Guest may change the traveling date but subject to room availability or you may call our reservation team at 082-521144.

2. Regulations & Important Information

Due to the fact that the hotel is surrounded by many apartments it is required that guests, particularly those in groups are respective in regards to noise during the evenings.
No parties are allowed at the premises.
Guests are required to show a photo identification upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time. You can contact us directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Languages spoken: English, Bahasa Melayu, Chinese.

3. Refund Policy

Guests are eligible for a full refund if they cancel at least 72 hours before the check-in date.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the check-in date are non-refundable, and the total reservation amount will be charged.
Full prepayment is required before arrival.
