- Guest may change the traveling date but subject to room availability or you may call our reservation team at 082-521144.
2. Regulations & Important Information
- Due to the fact that the hotel is surrounded by many apartments it is required that guests, particularly those in groups are respective in regards to noise during the evenings.
- No parties are allowed at the premises.
- Guests are required to show a photo identification upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
- Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time. You can contact us directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
- Languages spoken: English, Bahasa Melayu, Chinese.
3. Refund Policy
- All payments made is non refundable.
- The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel anytime.
- We facilitate prepayment of the full amount from your guests before arrival.
